Filets de limande au parmesan et tomates séchées, et son risotto au parmesan!
Ingrédients :
- 2 filets de limande ou de daurade
- quelques tomates séchées
- un joli morceau de parmesan
- 1 gousse d'ail
- le jus d'1/2 citron
- sel, poivre
Pour 2 personnes :
Tout d'abord, mettez votre four à préchauffer à 180/200°C.
Salez et poivrez généreusement le poisson.
Dans un plat allant au four suffisamment grand, déposez un lit de tomates séchées, les filets de limandes, la gousse d'ail coupée en 2, des copeaux de parmesan, une nouvelle couche de tomates et arrosez du jus du demi-citron. Refermez votre plat avec du papier alu et enfournez 20/30min.
Remarque :
Et voilà , c'est prêt! Accompagné d'un risotto au parmesan, c'est génial!
Astuce :
- Vous pouvez remplacer les filets de limande par une dorade que vous farcirez avec les tomates, le parmesan...
Avec ça, on peut boire... :
Un vin blanc sec.
